16. Reports & Analytics
Navigate to Reports in the sidebar to access all available reports. Reports support date filtering and customer filtering.
The Reports page is organized into tabs. Each tab is permission-gated — you'll only see the reports your role has access to.
16.1 Financial Reports

| Balances | Outstanding customer balances with aging breakdown |
| Income | Revenue received by period |
| Credits | All credits issued and applied |
| Charges | All service charges posted, grouped by period |
| Recurring | Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) with trends over time |
16.2 Operational Reports

| Lawn Treated | How many lawn services were finished, by technician, period, or service type |

16.3 Tax Reports

| Sales Tax | Tax collected by period for easy filing with your state tax authority |
The Sales Tax report shows total sales tax collected broken down by period, making it simple to remit the correct amount when filing.
